2023 Annual Meetings
Welcome to the Whispering Woods Resort’s Annual Meeting information page.
The 2023 Annual Homeowner Meetings will be conducted in person in the Osprey Room at the Mount Hood Oregon Resort (formerly The Resort at the Mountain). If you wish to attend “Virtually” rather than attending in person, see below for information on how to do so.
Below are two information sections for this year’s meetings. The first section is for Whispering Woods I and the second section is for Whispering Woods II.
To participate in your Association’s meeting virtually, look for the HOW TO ATTEND section below for your Association.
In the HOW TO ATTEND section, look for the link that says “Click here to join the meeting.” When you click on that link you will be taken to a Microsoft Teams meeting page (it’s like Zoom). Follow the instructions on that page to either download the program or connect using your browser.
All materials you generally find at a live meeting, like minutes, reports and candidate statements, are accessible below by clicking on the link to that item.
