You Pay: $1,943 plus $99 in closing costs.
We Pay: All but $99 in Closing Costs PLUS one year of maintenance fees.
Maintenance Fees (2021): $1,943 (that’s $777 per use-week, average).
1/40th Share
You Pay: $971.50
We Pay: All but $99 in Closing Costs PLUS one year of maintenance fees.
Maintenance Fees (2021): $971.50 (that’s $777 per use-week, average).

1 Bedroom, Value Season, Annual Usage (every year)
You Pay: $1,595 plus $99 in closing costs.
We Pay: All but $99 in Closing Costs PLUS one year of maintenance fees.
You Get: One (1) Use Week Every Year.
