Where is the closest drug store?
Whispering Woods Resort does sell a few of the individual packets of over-the-counter medication. For more options of over-the-counter medications and first aid supplies, there is Thriftway in the Hoodland Shopping Plaza (About one mile from Whispering Woods). Sandy (about 16 miles west along Hwy 26) has more choices including Safeway, Walgreens, Bi-Mart, Fred Meyer, and Grocery Outlet. All these stores are well stocked for treating the occasional upset stomach, headache, colds, and minor cuts and bruises. In addition, there is Williams Pharmacy in Welches, less than two miles from the Resort.
