How do I check in after hours?
BEST OPTION:
If you think you may need to check in when the office is closed, please call the office at 503-622-3171 during regular business hours and ask for instructions. They will provide our after-hours check-in procedure. This is the MOST EFFICIENT way to arrange for a check-in during non-business hours.
ALTERNATIVE OPTION:
If you are unable to reach the office, come to the Whispering Woods Resort Clubhouse like you would during regular business hours. To the right of the Clubhouse door is a wooden telephone box that says “LATE CHECK-IN PHONE” on the front.
Open the door and follow directions on the inside of the door to contact our after-hours service. The operator will instruct you on how to get keys and a map to your unit.
